Scheduling & Cancellation Policies

We require a credit card for booking. Your credit card is verified and fully encrypted for your security. It will not be charged until the time of check out. You may use your gift card, another credit card or cash

 at the time of check out. 

Kindly provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. No shows or same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost scheduled. If cancelling services for a group, please indicate all reservations being cancelled. Please understand that the time you book is reserved especially for you!

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to give yourself time to relax and change into our comfy spa robes! If running late to an appointment, your appointment time may need to be shortened if your provider is booked directly after. Please allow yourself plenty of time to enjoy your scheduled relaxation! 

Gift certificates are redeemable for products or spa services. Salon services are sold separately.

Our treatment areas are designed for relaxation.  We respectfully ask that children, others not scheduled for appointments and pets do not accompany you  to your salon or spa appointments.
